El lite 2 huawei mate 10 - Huawei Mate 10 Lite

Earphones are worked fine with Huawei P20Pro and Iphone 8s, so the faulty earphone option is crossed out.Here what happens with Huawei Mate 10 Lite: Earphones and telephone connects and pairs successfully, after couple minutes I hear "Device disconnected, ready to pair" message from the earphones.

When I turn off-turn on Bluetooth from the phone and connection restored again only for couple minutes When I turn off-turn on the earphones the connection is also restored still only for couple minutes If I use the phone, listening music, playing game etc.

Is there anyone know how to overcome this annoying situation?
